fried kibbe
Fried kibbe is a traditional mediterranean recipe.(wheat bulgur and minced beef recipe)

Ingredients
For filling:
- 1kg of red minced beef
- 2onions finely chopped
- 1/2teaspoon salt
- 1/4teaspoon pepper kingdom
- 1/2teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2teaspoon cumin powder
For shell:
- 1kg bulgur wheat
- 1/2kg of red minced beef(very fine)
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1/2teaspoon pepper kingdom

CHICKEN SHAWARMA
If you are a fan of red meat shwarma(#turkish chawarma), you should try this recipe, shawarma chicken breast.
Ingredients:
Chicken: 1.5 kg chicken breast.
Seasoning ingredients:
- 5 cloves of garlic.
- ½ cup of lemon juice freshly squeezed.
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar or grape.
- ¼ cup of olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon cloves of India.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- ½ teaspoon of oregano.
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
- ½ teaspoon pepper.
- ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder.
