Raw Kibbe

Learn to prepare Raw Kibbe as a professional. This recipe is a version of traditional and authentic Lebanese# Kibbe (raw ground beef).

Ingredients:

  • 1kg red meat frozen.
  • 1/2kg bulgur.
  • 1 small white onion
  • 20  green mint leaves.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper (to taste, optional)
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

  1. First thaw the meat and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Place the beef cubes (4-6 cubes each time) in a food processor until be fine ground.
  3. Place the bulgur in a small bowl and wash it with cold water, then squeeze it to get rid of as much water as possible. Put it aside.
  4. Place the mint, onion, salt, cinnamon, pepper and 1/2cup of bulgur in food processor and mix well.
  5. Place the ground beef in a large bowl, add the bulgur and the other ingredients.
  6. Mix well with hands for a few minutes to make sure that all the ingredients be infused.
  7. Take the mixture of Kibbe and spread it on a plate with your hands or a spoon.
  8. Add olive oil .
  9. Serve with optional side, including: mint, green onion, white onion, etc.
