Fried kibbe is a traditional mediterranean recipe.(wheat bulgur and minced beef recipe)
Wash the thin wheat with filtered water and let on the side.
Peel and finely chop the onions, and saute with some vegetable oil, add 1 kg of ground beef plus the ingredients of filling and stir over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Leave to cool on the side.
Place the thin wheat in a colander and squeeze well to remove excess water.
Put the wheat in a bowl, add 1/2kg of fine minced beef,salt and pepper kingdom, and mix well with hands or food processor.
Now take an egg sized amount of shell mixture and form into a ball. With your finger,make a hole in the ball, making a space for filling. Add the filling and pinch the top to seal the ball. You can then shape it like a(rhombus)
Fry the kibbeh in preheated vegetable oil at high temperature.

- 1/4teaspoon pepper kingdom
- 1/2teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2teaspoon cumin powder
