- First wash the tomatoes with cold water.
- Cut the tomatoes and place in a food processor and turn up . Or you can finely chop if you do not prefer the processor.
- Place the bulgur in a small bowl and wash it with cold water, then squeeze it to get rid of as much water as possible. Put it aside.
- Place the mint, onion, salt, cinnamon ,pepper and 1/2cup o bulgur in a food processor and mix well. or you can finely chop the onions and mint without processor.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl,
- Mix well with hands for a few minutes to make sure that all the ingredientes are infused.
- Add olive oil
- Serve with optional side, including: mint, green onion or other vegetables..
