Kibbe of Tomatoes

If you are a fan of raw kibbeh, you should try this recipe kibbe of tomatoes.
  vegetarian recipe, healthy, easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium red tomatoes.
  • 1/2kg bulgur.
  • 1 small white onion or 10 green onion leaves .
  • 20 green mint leaves.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper (to taste, optional)
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

  1. First wash the tomatoes with cold water.
  2. Cut the tomatoes and place in a food processor and turn up . Or you can finely chop if you do not prefer the processor.
  3. Place the bulgur in a small bowl and wash it with cold water, then squeeze it to get rid of as much water as possible. Put it aside.
  4. Place the mint, onion, salt, cinnamon ,pepper and 1/2cup o bulgur in a food processor and mix well. or you can finely chop  the onions and mint without processor.
  5. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, 
  6. Mix well with hands for a few minutes to make sure that all the ingredientes are infused.
  7. Add olive oil 
  8. Serve with optional side, including: mint, green onion or other vegetables..
