Grilled Kafta: Lebanese origin, known worldwide, easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of ground red meat.
- 1 bunch of parsley.
- 2 onions.
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt (to taste).
Preparation:
- Wash parsley with cold water, let it dry, then chop finely.
- Peel the onions and chop finely.
- Place the ground beef in a bowl, add the chopped parsley, chopped onions, cinnamon and salt, then mix well.
- Take little of mixture (size: ball of ping pong) tighten with your hand to stay the same thick finger.
- Place the fingers of kafta on a baking tray, one next to the other. Then place the tray in the oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes.(or you can grill as BBQ).
- Okay, can serve alongside white onion and chopped parsley.
