Grilled Kafta


Grilled Kafta: Lebanese origin, known worldwide, easy to prepare.


Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of ground red meat.
  • 1 bunch of parsley.
  • 2 onions.
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt (to taste).

Preparation:

  1. Wash parsley with cold water, let it dry, then chop finely.
  2. Peel the onions and chop finely.
  3. Place the ground beef in a bowl, add the chopped parsley, chopped onions, cinnamon and salt, then mix well.
  4. Take little of mixture (size: ball of ping pong) tighten with your hand to stay the same thick finger.
  5. Place the fingers of kafta on a baking tray, one next to the other. Then place the tray in the oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes.(or you can grill as BBQ).
  6. Okay, can serve alongside white onion and chopped parsley.
